Delivery


Our store pays all shipping costs, therefore, shipping is completely free for all our items.

Orders will be shipped by air mail within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Delivery wil be made by USPS and will normally take from 2-3 weeks (21 days). Please note that unexpected delays might occur due to courier, weather and holidays excess of shipments. When there is a delay, it usually takes one week longer (28 days). We guarantee, that even when there is a huge delay, your order will arrive in a maximum of 35 days (worst case scenario, rarely happens). If item is not received after 35 days you can contact us in order to initiate refund process (Check ¨Refunds and Returns¨ section below).

Payment


We provide the following two payment methods to our customers:

  •  PayPal which can be used to pay your products using a PayPal account. If you decide to use PayPal at the moment of making the purchase, you will be redirected to PayPal website during checkout to complete the transaction.

Both payment methods mentioned above are well known secure payment gateways for online transactions, therefore, you can rest assure that your data will be secured. Besides that, we provide Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to all comunications between your browser and our website. SSL is a standard security technology used by millions of websites to provide data protection and integrity, therefore, all transactions made on our store are secure and your data does not run in the risk of being intercepted or stolen.

Order fulfillment


Inmediately after you place the order you will receive an initial order confirmation notification to the email that you specified during checkout. As soon as we ship your item, another email will be sent to you including tracking number and all shipping details.

Also, our system will automatically generate an invoice for you and it will be attached to your initial order notification email.

Refunds and Returns
